the website that informs you about the massage with the traditional Mexican Rebozo.
This Rebozo-massage was at first used by midwives from Mexico during the preparation for birth. Since the profession of the doula is spreading around, this massage found its way all over the world, especially to the Western European countries. The more people know about the doula, the more they learn about the possibilities of the Rebozo, because the doula has ‘re-introduced’ this way of giving comfort to pregnant and birthing women.
Our goal is to spread the knowledge about the use of the Rebozo because its simple and very effective. The starting point is the traditional application for pregnant and birthing women ánd after birth in the post partum period. Nevertheless we must admit that this massage is also very usable for several other groups, so keep interested even when you are not pregnant!
